Is there a GPL violation committee in FSF-India? If there is, I am sorry,
I did not know it. AFAIK, most GPL violations are either reported to
FSF chapters in respective countries or gpl-violations.org.

FSF generally handles GPL violations by keeping a low-profile and
working with the vendor for solving it.GPl-violations is well-known due
to the PR it gets for filing suits and getting vendors to comply as in the
D-Link case.
