i feel we can hold off on the accountant part for the time being. A
paid person is only available for as long as he is paid for. I am
sure saswata and you can provide enough inputs for now, and Rony has
also promised an accountant who will help out. I have given an

all that is needed at present is to give advice regarding the points
raised. You must forgive me for being a little cynical, because i
have raised all these points and asked questions several times in the
past and got nowhere. Once there is concrete comitment in terms of
willingness to spend a little time putting in comments and
suggestions, we can move to a more organised stage. Remember, the
foss way is to aim small, commit often, do incremental improvements
and test at each stage rather than have a grand plan before starting
out.
I am cc-ing the mailing list on this post as i see no reason why a
couple of admins should drive us underground when we are in the
process of finalising something - it is another thing after a group
has been formed, separate mailing lists etc can be started. But at
present no group has been formed and everything is at the stage of
rough ideas and proposals. (It is not as if they were paying for the
bandwidth or something)
