thanks for the suggestion, but, frankly, i don't believing in upgrading to a 
new release just because it is available. if you would have suggested 
upgradation of a particular server/application, then that was a different 
issue. i guess, going by your own suggestion, that if you are using any one of 
FC or ubuntu, you must be upgrading your whole OS every 4-6 months <snip>
