It lists all the tariff or all possible services that MTNL Mumbai provides. Now scroll down to page 16 ( TriBand ADSL Service ) and check out what is written below TriB T10 plan. It clearly says "Only for WinXP users". What kind of an ISP restricts a particular plan for a particular OS only? Got any clues why have written only for WinXP users?
