The technology is vital for wider participation and voter convenience,
but that can not be only solution. In fact I will be answering those
questions over couple weeks. You are most welcome provide comments and
suggestions which I can include in my final article.

What I am really seeking is socio-political change. And course
technology can and will provide necessary missing links. :)
