I had kinda assumed that the nautilus package will install everything that is needed. But it seems there are other nautilus-* that also need to be installed. Everything works now, but not out of the box. After installing nautilus-mozilla, it still shows the HTML code; you need to tell it to use the mozilla plugin for mime type text/html.
