This modem is unsupported in Linux. Dishnet offers an alternate solution that
costs about double this for a Hardware router that works with Linux.

This has been pretty much a FAQ in the Bangalore LUG. I recommend asking
around before choosing a broadband ISP. I recommend ditching Dishnet.
