If ur internal users can access the web server....thingz r working fine internally. To access this box from outside is a different story altogether. Make sure u have a perfecto working dns, which can resolve both www.***.com and ***.com to ur ip. Check it out and make sure that works....then just add modify a line in ur /etc/httpd/httpd.conf file that will say"ServerName XXXX" to ur servername. Trevor Warren > procedure.
