If you feel that you have found a bug in your version of Konqueror, then you should consider filing a bug report. However, before you file one, please query the bugs that have already been reported. Also check the Changelogs to see if the bug u are talking about has been rectified in a later release. AFAIK, only Gnomemeeting has voice chatting capacities. Its not compatible with the MSN voice chat protocol, but it might work with Microsoft Netmeeting after some tweaking.
