I have been (finally) successful in configuring the 'Pinnacle PCTV Plus' TV tuner card. I compiled kernel 2.4.20 and then upgraded bttv driver to 0.7.106. The tuner of this card, mt2032, is now perfectly detected. The picture quality is much better than Pixelview card.
