hi
i use redhat 8.0
often i see that my memory 256(preciously little) Mb
is 100% utilized
and my swap 512 Mb(abundantly available) is not
utilized at all
i know redhat 8.0 is desktop centric
but is there any way i can make my programs and
services prefer swap over memory
