I'm not sure if you want a tool to fetch the hotmail accounts to the local 
accounts created on the SBS server. If yes, then look at this post as I think 
it may help.

The strange this is that I searched for this article using Google. ;-)

If you're asking about how to configure the Outlook Express clients to 
directly access their hotmail accounts, then you need to enable IP 
forwarding / NAT using iptables....

Currectly the SBS server only enables a Squid Proxy server for users to use 
their browsers to surf the net... So they could use IE or Netscape on the PC 
to check their hotmail account.
