Just as an idea,
How about having a *central* system of issue tracking for the issues
related to foss India.
for example, the last post about http://fyjc.org.in/ is a bug or issue, and
now got sloved !!
having proprietary tools in syllabus is also a bug and list goes on. we can
have a broad level issue to very small issue on the tracking system.
