My ISP (M1 www.m1.com.sg) is much below par, my supposedly 4Mbps
mobile broadband connection is giving all kind of errors - cannot even
download the applet for testing connection, and sometimes showing only
200kbps as network bandwidth. This is much worst than my experience
with SingTel's 1Mbps GSM broadband.
