Hi,

Couple of questions on ptp management client.

(1) The pmc messages are being sent
using multicast addressing (ff0e::181) when using the unicast-based telecom
profile (e.g, G.8275.2). I assume that's because the ITU-T telecom
profiles are silent on the use of pmc messages (i.e, for further study) and
default is multicast in linuxptp. Is that the case?

(2) When disabling inhibit_multicast_service, the pmc messages are still
sent in multicast. Seems like this attribute does not apply to pmc
messages, is that correct?

(3) Anything specific that needs to be configured to have pmc using unicast
addressing (e.g, when using G.8265 or G.8275 configs)? Or this would need
development?

Thanks.
