I have had my HP zv5000 a little over a year and purchased it with the
12 cell battery. I had noticed my run time dropping and finally the
battery life was down to about 3 minutes of run time when it was fully
charged. I am thankful that my wife insisted on the extended warranty.
I got the new battery last week with no hassle on the extended warranty.
I just need to be sure to replace the batteries again just before the
warranty runs out. BTW the day I received the replacement batteries the
old batteries would not hold a charge (what timing).
