This has been discussed at some length in this list - with explicit instructions too at one stage. It also links to pretty verbose instructions on the ndiswrapper wiki, and it also explicitily lists the instructions for 64 bit: http://prinsig.se/weekee/index.php/Ndiswrapper64 (these instructions are the same for 32 bit - it seems as though the ndiswrapper wiki is dead at the moment...) In short, yes - the Broadcom driver works flawlessly for me in both 32 bit SuSE and 64 bit gentoo using ndiswrapper in both cases.
