I don't know what the issue is, but I thought you might like to see the dmesg output from my SUSE kernel (2.6.13-15.7-default) which displays similar messages (but not identical; note the memory and I/O window settings of the CardBus slot). I know my CardBus works properly, though, as I use a D-Link wireless card that way. I have not gotten suspend to work on this configuration, however.
