I am writing to inform you all that we are 3 weeks from the Linux Tools
0.10 release and that new contributions from non-committers cannot be
accepted for this release (scheduled for March 23rd).
We need to make sure the IP Log process is fine, so please, review all
you bugs and make sure all patches are checked and that the iplog+ flag
is set.
