Yes, filing bugs would be a great first step so we don't have duplicated
work.
I filled a bug for replacing BIRT for swtchart in systemtap
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=373552) and I intend to
work on that. I'll create a feature/systemtap/no-birt at the linuxtools
repository as soon as I get started, like Roland did for valgrind.
