We were experiencing multiple build failures with Lttng and could not
seem to get it to work. I attempted to clean out the workspace to see
if there was something bad in the cache.
It then started to fail due to ChangeLog and I forgot to reset the flag
back again.

resolutions. I know it points to deficiencies in the build system but
until someone steps in to improve it please don't enable this option.
