Standard employee/employer agreement. when you are at work you are
using their computer and generally have rules as to what you can and
cannot do on the Internet during company time. They have a right to
verify that you are in fact following the rules and you do not have
any expectation of privacy.

That being said making an effort to inspect SSL transmission is just
micromanagement. However im sure some security professional would
disagree.
