Thanks Roger, I found the "Show Original" that Chris Louden suggested. That lets me save the original mail in pure text, no funky formating or html. >From there I just save to file and than grep for "warn" messages that are in the file. Pretty much just practicing some basic admin stuff.
I refrain from using email clients such as Kmail, Thunderbird, Evolution, etc. I prefer GMails web interface and just archive after I read them.
