I tried that with a program someone recommended and found that it
recorded the sound from the mic instead of the internal sound. It was
annoying...probably fixable, but it seems like a converter can't be
that hard to create.

I wound up doing it on Windows Movie Maker, sadly, because it was for
work. I'd love to know a different way.
