umm.... you dont have a eth0 interface, you only have wlan0.
RX packets:19710 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:102 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
Which is pretty good for wifi. Might want to try to find some other apps
that tell you better wireless stats, and go from there.
