Yes, I have a full Class C, but it's of the non-portable variety, and it comes out of a /10 belonging to a *very* major ISP, thus complaining to ARIN about me will get you nowhere: I'm not getting my space from ARIN. Complaining to my ISP asking them to shut me down (revoking that Class C would count as shutting me down as I have no other addresses beyond that Class C) isn't likely to be successful either - this particular ISP has been very reluctant to shut down even the most egregious spammers and other abusers. Besides, my non-portable Class C came standard with my Business Service from this particular ISP, I've done absolutely nothing wrong on my part to obtain it.
