I have hosted the website on my server which I have physically with me it has 8 GB RAM and 500 GB hard disk. The download speed I have is 3500 Kbps. So hard disk RAM and bandwidth are not a problem. The site is hosted on a virtualization server having KVM as hypervisor and Ubuntu 10.04 as base OS. CentOS is running as Guest OS on it. This Guest CentOS has been given 1024 GB of RAM and other than this website there is nothing else running on it.
