Use the "to:" search to bring all the messages up from a certain group. Then you can apply a label to them all at the same time. For example, in the search box at the top of gmail, type "to:[email protected]<to%[email protected]>". Then click the select All link. Once all on the page have been selected, you will see an option at the top of the conversations that looks like this, " All *20* conversations on this page are selected. Select all conversations that match this search", click that link. Now everything that has a To address of [email protected] will be selected. You can now apply a label to every conversation. Repeat for the other mailing lists you have.
