I want to tune tcp rto_min in my system （redhat el6 beta 2.6.32）。But
it does not work.Can you tell me a easy way to tune rto_min without compile
kernel？
# ip route change default dev eth0 rto_min 10ms
#ip route
default dev eth0 scope link rto_min lock 1ms
# ip route replace default dev eth0 rto_min 400ms
#ip route
default dev eth0 scope link rto_min lock 0.57ms
