Also, what partitioning scheme did you use? If you left the default, it's probably fine, but if you customized it, it's important. Fedora uses a sligtly older grub than some other distros (Ubuntu)--or at least it did--which doesn't support booting from some of the cooler file systems.
eg, you can make your root parition btrfs, but not your boot partition.
