This is quite frustrating. I've got a very small notebook computer here. It can boot ubuntu 9 from DVD using a usb to ide kit.
But it can't boot from flash drive. It hangs. I booted another machine from the flash drive, so I know it is a good installation. It is a Dell mini. I need to be able to download flash and whatnot for youtube. This way I will have to keep downloading it every time it boots.
