Sorry My droid apparently wanted to add more stuff in. What I was
trying to say was if you want k3b on ubuntu then just run:
Sudo apt-get install k3b

Then after it is installed you will need the extra codecs so run:
sudo apt-get install libk3b6-extracodecs
