Jer,

It's pretty much a given the healthcare field will continue to move forward
in all areas. As that happens a huge concern is data security. I'd suggest
you explore that area. Perhaps visit with your local healthcare and IT professionals;
possibly find somewhere to do some part-time or volunteer work.....

Regards,
Stan

I've been using Linux for a while now, and decided to take a Linux
    sys admin
class at my local community college. I would like to get into
    working with
Linux professionally and was wondering what is recommended for
    training,
other then taking all the linux related classes I can at the local
    community
    college (since I'm doing that).

There are several Linux Certifications out there you might want to
    look
into: Linux +, RedHat Linux Certification, etc...

Here's a google search of "Linux Certifications":

    I hope that helps,

Thanks for the link. I have done a bit of searching through google. I
guess my dilemma stems from the fact that there are so many
    options and I'm
trying to figure out where to focus my efforts and funds so that I
    can get
my foot in the door somewhere while I continue my education.
