Hi everyone, hope all of you had a good time this past weekend.
I am writing today because I would like some advices on how to install
software from the command line. I downloaded the lates version of
rhytmbox in .tar.bz2 format.
I have unpacked it, navigated to the folder and typed ./configure
bunch of lines start moving on terminal, then the readme file says to
type make so when I do that I got
sudo make
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
if I do sudo make install
make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.
This appear to be typical each time I want to install something from
terminal.
I will appreciate all advices thank you!
