I'm not sure why you are posting outputs of a Windows ipconfig. Normally,
DHCP will grab your IP address and register an record in DNS for your
hostname.

Some VPN tunnels are configured to not allow local network connections
simultaneously. This question is probably best answered by your network
admins.
