I'm new to pentadactyl, I'm a vim user though.
is there any good pentadactylrc config file examples that I can start with?
ideally the config file contains most of those proven useful maps that
compliant to best practices.
specifically I want to at least use - to scroll up one page, but looks
this doesn't work:
map - <C-B>
