Hi,

During my last upgrade on my Arch box, pacman requested to be upgraded
before any of the other packages, which I let it do first. It was throwing
errors from glibc that /lib already existed on the filesystem and tzdata
also already existed - among a few other packages. During a re-install, I
discovered that during the install, the error chronicled here:
http://blog.xrmplatform.org/archlinux-update-after-first-install/ - was
coming up. I tried installing tzdata first as the linked page suggests,
but it's stating that the tzdata-2011h-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz is corrupted and
is asking whether or not I want to delete it. It doesn't matter whether I
answer yes or no, errors occur and the package is not installed. Does
anybody know a way to fix this? HELP!!!

Thanks,
