This is normal, and nothing to be worried about. I can't tell you why it happens. If you are OCD, you can boot to a live CD and extend either your root partition or your swap space to use it up.
Side topic: So why is your swap space so small? Rule of thumb is 1.5 to 2 times the size of your RAM, and I doubt you are running on 2.6MB of RAM. Since swap is used for hibernation, the minimum I'd suggest is equal to your RAM.
