Hi Nishikant,
             Try one of the follwing
            1) Try to setup a ip on server directly ,
instead of setting on NIC card.
U can do this by configuring ur ADSl
router in bridge mode, and then make "adsl-setup"
command on ur linux server and follow the setup.
After completing the wizard give "adsl-start" command
to start the adsl setup. Then Give "ifconfig" command
u will see one more live ip on ur server by the name
of
"ppp0"
After doing all this when u put ur live ip
in ur browser u will find ur Redhat/Fedora home
page(index page).Or
           2) if u dont't want to do all thing then
forward ur web request on ur local ip, by iptable
rule.
           3) Or change the username & password of ur
ADSL Router , option is given in Advance tab.

Thanks & Regards
Jayesh
