Hi Dinesh,
ESXi 3.5 comes in two versions "Installable" and "Embeded".
Installable: can be installed on any machine with a SATA/SCSI drive.(cannot be
installed on a HBA Lun)
Embeded: can be installed on any USB drive (> 512MB)
