Hey guys at last i have solved it.. actually i have two proxy servers and thats y i was using cache_peer to sync cache between the two..
and the problem i was facing because i didnt have a acl for local network soo when my servers found a cache in neighbour proxy it tried to access it and the other proxy denied because i didnt have any local acl. whereas my whole network runs on dansguardian.. my clients request to dansguardian on port 8082 and then dansguardian request for the url to squid on 3128 after filtering... anyways thanks for your support...
