      Dear all



I have configured chat service (spark) on Linux(Server 5.2). Now i am facing 
issue that how can i allow those users who are traveling  ( Sales and 
Marketing). to access chat server.



Users those are traveling having Linux( Client 5.2) and as well as windows xp

Hi,           Which Chat server you have configured? Whereas I know Spark is 
the chat client only. 
To access you chat server it must have public ip and chat client can be 
configured according to that.
