We report raw data on Linux while Windows reports modified data.  Tilt raw
data is reported from -64 to 63 by the hardware.

I'd say as accurate as the tablet reports to us. However, considering we
have a default of 2 for  Suppress (
http://linuxwacom.sourceforge.net/index.php/howto/inputdev), you may get 2
counts of offset if you didn't change Suppress yourself
