The bad commit on this one is d4c3aef2226f39e346fc9b7c22e54a4e97889458.
My guess is that during the refactoring, the check for ignoring events
without information, jumped outside of the check for Protocol 4 (which
doesn't support tool serial numbers apparently). I've no idea whether
my USB Graphire 3 uses Protocol 4, but that's the most glaring change in
that commit. However, I'd expect it to ignore all commands that way, so
I could be completely wrong?
