A rather large set of patches, mostly just cleaning up and purging a bunch
of things that don't apply anymore (and I haven't even gotten to the driver
core yet ;)

One thing that I noticed and that I'd like to change is the property
initialization. Two of these patches already address this - not all
properties are applicable for all devices. The two examples here are
wheel/strip buttons and the pressure curve. The former two only seem to make
sense for pads, the latter two only for pen and eraser.

There's likely other properties that only make sense for a particular tool
type, I'd like to narrow the properties on each tool down to what is really
required.

The patchset is available on the devel branch on
git://people.freedesktop.org/~whot/xf86-input-wacom.git if you want to test.
them.

Cheers,
  Peter
