First reduces 2 finger scrolling holdoff. Its still to long but better. Second reduces some unwanted cursor movement when attempting to go into scroll gesture. There is still some unwanted movement happening from initial 1 finger contact. Probably we need to hold off 1 finger movement until taptime like we do for 2 finger. I'll figure it out later. 3rd is a patch from Peter's older request to remove use of zero magic #. I still have some touchscreen specific patches to send but wanted to send the parts that apply to both touchpads and touchscreens while its fresh on peoples minds.
