Hello, unfortunally, I still have trouble with the touchpad. Clicking it doesn't appear to work correctly. I think this is a bug on the kernel side (hid-multitouch) of things because it doesn't work in GPM either. In X11 it appears to be "always clicked". From boot on and starting X:
Everything is fine unless I touch the screen. Starting xinput test on the eGalax: Touching the screen and dragging with the finger has the effect of clicking and dragging. Xinput returns only one line and then stops: motion a[0]=... a[1]=... a[2]=0 a[3]=... a[4]=... a[5]=0 (That it only reports a single motion also happens with other devices when clicking and dragging). But when I raise the finger, the imaginary button appears not to be released. If I then just "move" the mouse by another device, it appears it is still "clicking". From that point on, I can't even release that "clicking" by clicking with another device. -- Cedric ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ RSA® Conference 2012 Save $700 by Nov 18 Register now http://p.sf.net/sfu/rsa-sfdev2dev1 _______________________________________________ Linuxwacom-devel mailing list Linuxwacom-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linuxwacom-devel
