Oh, I just saw, your definition is incomplete, you did not specify the 
buttons positions.

It's basically missing:

[Buttons]
Left=A;B;C;D

In doubt, just take example on the "bamboo-craft.tablet" definition 
and adjust the device-id to match your device.
