Hi I'm using 0.7.7-4, FC6, and kernel 2.6.19.2. /dev/input/wacom was not being created. I checked and found /etc/udev/rules.d/60-wacom.rules which appeared to be ignored. I changed it to 40-wacom.rules and /dev/input/wacom is created now.
