I see.. but did you actually try it ? (I mean as an example I have long ago installed the Mac Performa TV/Video subsystem into a PowerMac 7100, which nobody would tell you it works!)
So, the different connector are - to me - not saying its necessairly different The Mac Plus has no ADB Keyboard ;-)
That would be different if you knew anything I don't regarding this, hehehe
anyways, hope I have time to get this solved - I have schematics of both I think, which should shed some light.
Will share outcome if you wish ;-)

Sorry, but you CANNOT use a Mac 128/512/Plus keyboard on a Lisa! They are
electically very different, besides the obvious physical connector
differences.
The Mac 128/512/Plus mouse IS compatable with the Lisa, however.
You'll have to get your hands on a real Lisa keyboard.
Sorry I don't have a spare one. I know that they show up on ebay
occasionally. Sun Remarketing may have some too. Good luck and let us know
how you make out.
